Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our hand-made and custom items, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only issued for manufacturing defects or shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unused, unsharpened condition. Please contact us with photos of any issues to initiate a claim. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
